Under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, Dean of the Technical Engineering College / Mosul, and within the adopted strategy of the Department of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Engineering Technologies to strengthen partnership and cooperation with public and private universities, a scientific visit was organized to Al-Noor University / Department of Drone Engineering.

The visit was attended by the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Farhan Sheet, along with faculty members of the department’s scientific committee. The visit aimed to strengthen academic cooperation, exchange scientific expertise, and explore the latest laboratories and technologies adopted in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles.

The visit included a field tour of the department’s laboratories, in addition to joint scientific meetings during which both sides discussed ways to develop academic curricula in line with the rapid advancements in drone technology, with a focus on practical applications that serve the labor market.

At the conclusion of the visit, both parties emphasized the importance of continuing such scientific initiatives, which contribute to enhancing the academic and research level and strengthening opportunities for future cooperation in the fields of training and joint development, in a manner that supports the educational progress in our beloved country.
