The Library at a Glance
The Library of Technical Institute is one of the oldest libraries in the city of Mosul and has been a scientific landmark for many generations. It was established in 1979 and was affiliated with the Institute of Technical Institutes at that time. The library contains a collection of general books and books in all scientific disciplines, with a total of (12154) thousand books, excluding those under bibliographic preparation, and approximately (270) university theses.

Providing library and information services that keep pace with developments, and various information sources that support the educational process, curricula, and scientific research at the Technical Institute in Mosul.

- To effectively contribute to raising the level of technical education by supporting academic programs, curricula, and scientific research.
- To provide information sources that meet the current and future needs of beneficiaries.
- To strive to keep pace with current developments in library services, including indexing, classification, and information services.
- To Provide information services that make it easy and convenient for beneficiaries to obtain the information they need.
- To Train, develop, and qualify library staff to work under various conditions.
- To train and guide beneficiaries on how to use the library and its various resources effectively.
