The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, chaired an electronic meeting with the preparatory and scientific committees for the second medical conference to be held in November of this year, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, and the Dean of the Health and Medical College, Professor Dr. Muhammad Yawuz Nur al-Din, the head of the Doctors Syndicate, Kirkuk branch, members of the syndicate, the head of the Preparatory and Scientific Committee, and the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department at the University Presidency. It is worth noting that the first edition of the conference was held at Nineveh University last year.
