On the sidelines of the visit of the Northern Technical University delegation, headed by University President, and the signing of a joint cooperation agreement with Sulaimaniya Technical University, the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, presided over the ninth open session of the University Council for the academic year 2022-2023.
