The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research commended the distinguished efforts exerted by the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, by awarding her a Letter of Appreciation presented by the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Affairs, in recognition of her outstanding administrative and academic performance, which has contributed to strengthening the university’s academic journey and enhancing the level of institutional performance.
