The Northern Technical University, represented by Dr. Mahmoud Khalif Khader, a teacher at the Administrative Technical College in Mosul research, participated in the fourth poetry festival in the holy city of Najaf.

The festival has reached several recommendations, including working to activate this festival every year, focusing on everything that serves Arabic poetry, taking care of the Arabic language, and working to have directions for holding seminars and conferences every year.
