Northern Technical University organizes a workshop on protecting women’s rights in the workplace.

Under the patronage of Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the President of Northern Technical University, Women’s Affairs Division at the university, in collaboration with Legal Affairs Department, held a workshop on protecting women’s rights in the workplace.

The workshop, presented by Dr. Ammar Ali, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, addressed the role of women in society and the importance of their participation in professional life and various fields of work to achieve the desired goals in building a promising future.

The workshop aimed to clarify the legal basis for protecting women’s rights in the workplace in both the public and private sectors, as well as how to develop these rights through promoting culture and legal awareness among women, ensuring they are fully informed about their rights and how to legally safeguard them against violations, thus achieving the desired legal protection.

Questions and inquiries from participants in the workshop were answered according to legal texts.
