The President of the Northern Technical University held an extraordinary meeting with the officials of the Electronic Computing Division at the Kirkuk site.

Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, held a meeting with the officials of the Electronic Computing Division at the Kirkuk site, as part of her ongoing efforts to develop digital infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of electronic systems across the university’s formations.

During the meeting, the current state of work of the Electronic Computing Division and the challenges it faces were discussed, in addition to reviewing the key technical and software requirements needed to elevate performance levels. She also emphasized the importance of digital transformation and the adoption of modern systems to facilitate administrative procedures and improve the quality of services provided to students and staff.

The University President stressed the necessity of developing the skills of technical personnel through specialized training courses and keeping pace with rapid technological advancements, ensuring the achievement of an integrated digital educational environment.

At the conclusion of the meeting, she directed the follow-up of implementing the proposed recommendations and encouraged working in a team spirit to overcome obstacles and achieve the university’s goals of excellence and leadership.
