“The Technical Engineering College / Mosul conducted the joint ministerial examination on the morning of Monday, 8 December 2025, in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, under the direct supervision of the Presidency of the Northern Technical University, and in coordination with private universities and colleges as well as the relevant ministerial committee.

The Assistant President of the Northern Technical University for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies, Prof. Omar Rafee’ Mahmoud, inspected part of the examination process and oversaw the implementation of the procedures and ministerial instructions related to the joint examination.

The examinations were carried out with high smoothness and an organizational level that reflects the university’s commitment to comprehensive quality standards and the unification of academic assessment criteria, ensuring robust educational outcomes aligned with modern educational approaches.”
