Northern Technical University Organizes Workshop on the Role of Continuing Education in Skill Development to Meet Labor Market Needs in the Era of Digital Economy.
2025-11-18The Quality Assurance and Performance Division organizes a seminar titled “Energy Saving Using Phase Change Materials.”
Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, the Dean of the Technical Engineering College / Mosul, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and in cooperation with the University’s Quality Assurance and Institutional Performance Department, and as part of the Sustainable Development activities for the academic year 2025–2026, the Quality Assurance and Performance Division held a seminar titled:
“Energy Saving Using Phase Change Materials”
The seminar discussed the importance of reducing energy consumption and shed light on efficient temporary energy storage systems (storage using phase change materials).
The seminar was presented by:
Dr. Mohammed Raad Abdulwahab
Seminar Objective:
To introduce participants to the concept of phase change materials, their types, criteria for selecting these materials, and their properties, in addition to highlighting modern engineering applications that employ these materials to enhance efficiency.
