Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University and Dean of the Engineering Technical College / Mosul, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and in cooperation with the University’s Department of Quality Assurance and Academic Performance, and as part of its activities for the academic year 2025–2026, the Quality Assurance and Performance Division held a seminar titled:
“Course Design Based on Learning Outcomes According to the ABET System.”

🎯 Seminar Objective:
To explain the concept of learning outcomes and the mechanism of linking them to academic courses, as well as how to prepare course descriptions in accordance with international academic accreditation standards (ABET).
The seminar also covered practical steps for implementing these standards in academic departments to achieve high-quality engineering education.
