For the sake of integrating scientific capabilities and strengthening the bonds of joint scientific cooperation and believing in the importance of relying on the energies, capabilities, and capabilities of the two parties to cooperate in the fields of scientific research and transfer and localization of technology in a manner that serves the national development plans and the industrial sector within the competence of the two parties to advance the scientific and technological reality. And with the desire of the Northern Technical University represented by (Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar) and the Department of Training and Energy Research in the Ministry of Electricity, represented by (Ms. Bushra Shaer Hamza) to document, promote and develop scientific and cultural cooperation, the two sides signed a joint scientific cooperation agreement in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs For Administrative Affairs and the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, the agreement included several items, including:

• Exchanging experiences, information, scientific and technical consultations, and participating in the scientific committees and councils of the two parties.
• Visits to train or exchange experiences. In conclusion, the president of the university presented to the delegation of the Ministry of Electricity the university shield and a set of introductory guides for the university. They thanked her for the warm reception and praised the great developments that our university has reached, praying to God for its success and payment.
