The President of the Northern Technical University, Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, chaired a meeting with a delegation from the French Solidarity International Organization, and they discussed the mechanism of cooperation with the university regarding the development of programs for livelihood projects and environmental problems facing water, which can be worked on to develop in the service of the governorate.
