Kirkuk Technical Institute organizes a course entitled “Historical Manuscripts and Methods of Reading Them”

Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ashti Mahdi Aref (Dean of the Technical Institute / Kirkuk), the Marketing Management Techniques Department organized a course entitled “Historical Manuscripts and their Reading Methods”.

The lecture was delivered by the teacher, Dr. Issam Salah El-Din Ali.

The course dealt with:

  • Introducing the types of manuscripts in general
  • The importance of manuscripts and their classifications
  • Employing personal skills in knowing the symbols and ciphers that belong to manuscripts.
  • Mechanisms to improve performance by harnessing personal skills in reading it.
  • Develop and develop personal skills by reviewing the information contained in these manuscripts in various sciences.
  • Extracting information in a simplified manner through knowledge of the methods of reading manuscripts. As well as the role of these manuscripts in transmitting information to future generations in all disciplines.

The course aimed to:

  • The knowledge of manuscripts, their types, and classifications.
  • How to read and know the methods of deciphering these manuscripts.
  • As well as enabling workers in institutions to develop their personal skills to improve their performance in institutions in general.
