In the interest of her sovereignty to implement the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb, regarding the follow-up of the logistical preparations for the performance of the final exams, the first round. Omar Rafeh Mahmoud held an exceptional electronic meeting this evening with the ladies and gentlemen of the deans and their assistants for scientific affairs for the purpose of emphasizing the preparation of the necessary requirements for the virtual visits of the ministerial team in the final exams, the first round of the school year 2021-2022, and her Excellency stressed the need to prepare the following matters:

1. Disseminate the quests to students as soon as possible
2. Organizing the examination sheets
3. Publication of the observation schedule
4. Providing drinking water and cooling devices in the examination halls
5. Providing a private room for mobiles.
6. Selection of experienced hall managers
7. Directing the observers not to use their mobile phones during the monitoring period
8. Ensure that the student’s name is written on the exam notebook at the beginning of the exam and not at the end of the exam in order to avoid any process of replacing exam notebooks between students, especially when students request additional notebooks.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Her Excellency praised the great efforts made by everyone, wishing that the exams would be concluded smoothly and with success and excellence for our dear students.
