For the sustainability of the goals and plans set by the President of the Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the guidance of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the continuity of joint cooperation between our university and Turkish universities and for the purpose of integrating work on projects aimed at community service and at the invitation of the Turkish ambassador and consul to support the Food Safety Laboratory The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar – accompanied by the Dean of the Agricultural Technical College, Dr. Abdul-Bar Ahmed Nuri – visited the headquarters of the Turkish Embassy in the province of Baghdad. The nucleus of a model center for examining food products and a plan has been drawn up on the mechanism of cooperation with solid academic universities that have accumulated experiences on the subject of a food safety laboratory, as well as the necessary equipment to complete the establishment of the laboratory as the first in the whole of Iraq.
