At the kind invitation, she received from the Ministry of Education in the Kurdistan Regional Government, the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, attended the opening ceremony of the Second International Conference on Education (ICET) in Erbil Governorate, in the presence of the Adviser to His Excellency the Minister of Education in the central government and His Excellency the Minister of Education in the region Kurdistan, the Governor of Erbil, the Governor of Sulaymaniyah, representatives of the British Consulate, and several heads of Iraqi universities.

At the end of the ceremony,  the Minister of Education in the Kurdistan Region honored the President of the University with the conference shield in appreciation of her great efforts in serving the educational process in our dear country.
