The Northern Technical University sports activities scene:

Under the patronage and attendance of its president, Dr. Aliya Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and supervised by the university’s assistant president for administrative affairs, Dr. Thunoon Younis Thunoon, our university concluded the Iraqi governmental and private universities’ futsal championship today with a final match between the University of Mosul and the University of Anbar, resulting in a victory for the University of Anbar with 8 goals to 3. The results are as follows:
First place: University of Anbar
Second place: University of Mosul
Third place: University of Al-Hamdaniya
The closing ceremony included honoring the winning teams, coaches, referees, and organizers. A delegation from the Ministry of Education attended, led by Dr. Ammar, Director of Student Activities, along with several community leaders. The event was covered by various media channels and attended by a large audience. Upcoming sports activities will be hosted by our university, including a women’s volleyball championship on December 11-12, 2024. We look forward to further achievements across all fields for our university and its supporters.
