The thesis submitted by researcher Fahd Hisham Ali focused on developing a low-cost, intelligent medical system with a very high diagnostic accuracy exceeding 97%, using four deep learning algorithms to accurately detect liver diseases and predict disease progression.
The study aimed to facilitate and accelerate the diagnosis of liver diseases based on medical image processing algorithms.
The thesis recommended the possibility of developing the system and using it within CT-scan devices. It also recommended the possibility of creating a hybrid system that integrates medical images with laboratory tests on the same patients to achieve the highest accuracy and reliability in diagnosis.
