In continuation of the studied strategic plans set by the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, in the succession of the university’s achievements at all levels, one of which was the launch of the green university logo and paper reduction, according to which the first principles of digital transformation were developed, and now we are heading for a new year of excellence, creativity and transformation that is in line With the suspension of routine paperwork and the reliance in all university departments and departments on smart governance techniques to make it the basis of academic institutional work .
Under the guidance and patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, the Electronic Calculator Center, in cooperation with the Central Promotions Division at the University Presidency, launched (the mobile application of the “Scientific Promotion Program” for teaching staff working at the Northern Technical University).
The application came as a result of fruitful and constructive cooperation between Dr. Esraa Ahmed, the official of the Central Promotions Division, and Mr. Osama Abdul Karim Qassem, the official of the Systems and Software Division, by defining his money of interest and distinction for our dear university .
The application enshrines the principle of transparency and the possibility for the concerned instructor to follow up the steps of completing his promotion transaction in a simplified and easy-to-use manner, starting with the requirements and steps for submission and the transfer of procedures to sub-committees and then to the central, which provides speed of completion and ease of work for all, as well as overcoming old problems of loss or deficiency in requirements.
