Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Aliya Abbas Al-Attar, and the Dean of the College (acting from a lower position), the Department of Building and Construction Engineering Technologies at the Technical Engineering College / Mosul held an extensive meeting to discuss the preparations for the visit of the ministerial committee for program accreditation.

The meeting addressed the review of accreditation file readiness according to the NCPAETE framework, the updating of documents and procedural evidence, the documentation of scientific activities and improvement plans, in addition to strengthening academic advising and quality assurance within the department.

The meeting also witnessed several developmental proposals presented by the faculty members, while the Head of the Department emphasized the importance of unifying efforts to present the department in a manner worthy of its reputation, considering accreditation a strategic step in the development of the college and the university.
