The Council of the Technical Engineering College / Mosul held its sixth session for the academic year 2025–2026, chaired by the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and administered by the Acting Dean of the Technical Engineering College / Mosul, with the attendance of all council members.

During the meeting, the Council discussed the following:

• Directives of the University Council, with emphasis on completing all student affairs procedures.
• Enhancing scientific research, encouraging and promoting research activities in reputable journals.
• Allocating a special day to honor distinguished university researchers with outstanding scientific contributions.
• Following up on lecture schedules and classroom allocations for first-year students in both morning and evening studies.
• Promoting the culture of visiting departmental websites and adopting digital interaction through official university email accounts.
• Monitoring postgraduate student affairs.
• Following up on procedures related to maintaining institutional accreditation within the college.
• Discussing various student cases as well as financial and administrative matters.
