Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, on strengthening the frameworks of cooperation between our university and state departments in our dear governorate, the Dean of the Agricultural Technical College of Mosul, Dr. Abdul Barr Ahmed Nouri, received in his office a delegation from the Center for Studies of Water Resources for Northern Region Projects to form teams Scientific and research studies to conduct joint applied scientific research in the field of irrigation water control using simulation techniques and the Internet IoT in the drip irrigation system, in addition to the topic of evaluating surface irrigation and comparing it with bridging irrigation methods.

The meeting was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Essam Mahmoud Mohamed, Head of the Department of Techniques to Combat Desertification, and several teachers and administrators from both sides.
