Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and according to the directives of the University Presidency to extend cooperation and open horizons of cooperation between Iraqi universities, the Women’s Empowerment Unit and the Computer Center at our university, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Unit at Karkh University of Science, organized a human development workshop entitled “Trust” The self is the basis of success.” It was delivered by Dr. Nada Farouk Abboud / responsible for the Central Committee for Educational Guidance and in charge of the Women Empowerment Unit.

The workshop dealt with:

• The importance of self-confidence, as it is essential to achieving success, and a person must believe in himself, his abilities, and talents, and be content with his life to reach success.
• -Using the means that must be taken to address the problem of human self-confidence, not escaping from reality, living in imagination, and finally getting rid of the problem and not resorting to middle solutions, but rather getting rid of any problem you face.

At the end of the lecture, all the questions and inquiries raised by the workshop participants were answered.
