2022-02-13Northern Technical University discusses the higher diploma research project “Simulation of a Gasoline Engine to Investigate the Effect of Operation Variable on Engine Performance and Thermal Efficiency”
The College of Engineering / Mosul discussed the research project for the Higher Diploma in Power Mechanics Engineering Techniques under the title “Simulation of a Gasoline Engine to Investigate the Effect of Operation Variable on Engine Performance and Thermal Efficiency”
The project presented by the student Saleh Mahmood Najim showed the effect of changing the engine’s compression ratio on engine efficiency and performance elements.
The project aims to obtain optimum engine performance using domestic fuels.
The research topic in the project recommended changing the engine settings to suit the fuel used to increase engine efficiency and improve performance.
Part of the discussion was attended by the Dean of the College.
