Under the auspices of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Shahla Abdel-Wahhab Abdel-Qader, Dean of the Mosul Technical Institute, and in the presence of the scientific assistant to the dean, the Department of Office Management Techniques concluded a course entitled “Basic Concepts about Strategic Management”

  It was attended by several university employees, in addition to participants from several government departments
  The course aimed to:
  Introducing teachers and researchers to the basic concepts of strategic management by addressing several administrative topics
  To set goals, analyze the competitive environment, analyze the internal organization, evaluate strategies, and ensure that management puts forth strategies across the organization. And clarify that strategic management is a set of decisions and actions undertaken by the manager, which decides the outcome of the organization’s performance.
