The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, inaugurated the newly completed building of lecture halls and laboratories at the Technical Engineering College / Mosul. The new facility reflects the college’s orientation toward a more innovative and effective educational environment, while providing additional learning spaces in line with recent expansions and the establishment of new academic departments.

The first floor of the building includes seven lecture halls, each with a capacity of 64 seats, equipped with interactive display systems (Interactive Smart Boards) that support digital learning and enhance engagement between instructors and students.
The ground floor houses three specialized laboratories, fully prepared to meet practical training requirements in accordance with modern academic standards.

The building is fully equipped with a central air-conditioning system that ensures a comfortable learning environment throughout the year, making it a significant addition to the educational infrastructure and a direct contributor to improving academic performance quality.
