Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical Engineering College / Mosul, the University Psychological Counseling Unit organized a seminar entitled “How to Establish a Project Without Significant Capital.” The seminar was delivered by Professor Dr. Amer Farhan Sheet, Head of the Department of Drone Engineering Technologies.

The seminar focused on fostering a smart entrepreneurial mindset, emphasizing the importance of starting from a viable idea rather than relying primarily on financial capital, and highlighting methods for transforming skills and knowledge into scalable market value. It presented low-cost business models, risk-mitigation strategies, and approaches for developing a project incrementally based on innovation and strategic partnerships rather than heavy capital investment.

The seminar witnessed active participation from students and university staff, accompanied by practical discussions on planning, market analysis, and the development of competitive advantage. The core message was clear: while capital serves as fuel, ideas and commitment constitute the true driving force.
