Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Shahla Abdul-Wahab Abdul-Qader, Dean of the Mosul Technical Institute, the Women Empowerment Unit / Administrative Division held a panel discussion at the Mosul Technical Institute entitled: (Empowering women is a step towards societal reform).

The events of this dialogue were attended by the assistant dean for administrative and scientific affairs, the assistant dean for student affairs, and a number of the institute’s employees and students.
