Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Mazhar Abbas Ahmed, Dean of the Technical Institute, Al-Dour, the Legal Administration Techniques Department at the Institute held a cultural festival under the slogan (Propagation of the Culture of the Rule of Law) for the period from (7-9) of the current March.

It was in the presence of the Dean, his assistants, heads of scientific departments, and a large number of the institute’s employees. The festival began by welcoming the attendees and reading verses from the wise Quran and standing in silence for the souls of the honorable martyrs of Iraq. The poetics that the poets’ throats chanted with love for the homeland and sacrifice to uphold the word of truth and the rule of law in unifying ranks and unity among the components of the one country and strengthening the spirit of dedication for it.
