With the desire of her Excellency to strengthen the frameworks of cooperation between our university and Iraqi universities in particular and international universities in general, the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, with the participation of the President of the Turkish University of Seljuq, toured the classrooms and medical laboratories in the presence of the Dean of the Health and Medical Technical College in Kirkuk and reviewed the progress of The students’ working hours and the mechanism of work in the laboratories, and they listened to the views of the students. The President of Seljuq University praised what he witnessed of the urban and scientific advancement in our university and the excellence of the President of the University in the management of the university in three provinces. He said: It is remarkable that we see today in Iraq a woman leading a university in Three governorates are on their way to reach the ranks of international universities, and this is one of the anecdotes. In conclusion, he expressed his gratitude to the President of the University, wishing her more brilliance and for our university’s development and prosperity.
