The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, received the Governor of Kirkuk, Mr. Rakan Saeed Al-Juboori, at the Health and Medical Technical College to discuss the possibilities that the governorate can offer in supporting and supporting our university. They discussed the mechanism of cooperation between our university and the Kirkuk governorate office. Kirkuk expressed his thanks and gratitude to the president of the university for her progress in the service of this educational institution and a record period, she served the governorate in more than one field. Especially since the university has become of great importance and thanks to it the Kirkuk governorate has distinguished itself.
