In continuation of the efforts of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, in cooperating with Iraqi universities, especially those with which they have a rapprochement relationship within a single geographical area, and activating the mechanism of joint cooperation, which appeared in her meeting with the President of Hamdania University, Prof. Dr. Aqil Al-Araji. The meeting was productive, as it resulted in an agreement to hold several activities and events, including working to have joint cooperation that rises to the permanent presence between the two universities in all journals, including cooperation with regard to conferences, seminars, courses and joint workshops that serve the two universities.

There is no doubt that the president of the university cannot be far from everything related to the concerns of the people of Mosul, so she also met with the command of the Sinjar regiment, Mr. Mahmoud al-Araji, stressing her keenness on making the city of Sinjar the future gateway to the stability of Mosul, as it is an icon of coexistence and social harmony, noting that the stability and security of the Sinjar region One of the priorities of the Northern Technical University and that its doors are open to everything that leads to the development of this region, which has suffered a lot. For his part, Mr. Amr Fawj Sinjar thanked the Northern Technical University, represented by its president, who embodied all the symbols of sincerity, loyalty and national belonging in that it proved that it was not limited to the scientific and administrative aspect within the university, but was able to have a presence in every forum that could serve the Mosul community and its minorities.
