The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, met in her office today in Kirkuk, the engineer Fadan Sobhi and the engineer Asaad Saleh, who are responsible for maintaining the building of the Technical College of Oil and Gas under construction.
