Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Mosul Technical Institute, Assistant Professor Shahla Abdel-Wahab, the Department of Chemical and Oil Industries organized a course entitled: (Chemistry between theory and application) and the lecture was delivered by Mr. Mahmoud Khalil Salim (Assistant Teacher).

The workshop dealt with the importance of chemistry and its role in life, as the chemical industry takes the widest space globally and innovation in the field of chemistry is the widest. The session dealt with the topic of theory, practical application, and industrial secrets, where the most important law remains trial and error.
