In the interest of her sovereignty over the financial affairs of the university’s faculties and institutes in Kirkuk and to overcome the obstacles in front of them, and in the presence of the deans of the university formations, the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, met today with the officials of the financial people in the formations of the university’s Kirkuk site and listened to their proposals and striving to overcome the obstacles that would Delay the wheel of work, as we have been entrusted by her Excellency, since the university administration took over, with her endless quest to advance our university and the sites of the three university formations, Nineveh, Kirkuk, and Salah al-Din at all levels, without getting bored or tired, and with steady steps, wishing them success.
