As we promised, Her Excellency, to stand on the obstacles facing the functioning of the departments and people of the university’s faculties and institutes and to find solutions and overcome them, the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, met with the ladies and gentlemen, heads of medical departments at the Kirkuk Technical Institute, in the presence of the Dean of the Institute and the Dean of the Health and Medical Technical College.

During the meeting, they discussed many scientific and administrative issues regarding the work of these departments and found solutions by the instructions and laws in force.
