Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Kirkuk Technical Institute, the Department of Surveying Techniques at the Institute organized a scientific course entitled (electronic correction and how to share questions with the examination committee and preparation of exam questions)

The lecture was delivered in the course by the assistant teacher, Al-Moussa Shaker (department rapporteur).

The course dealt with the most important matters related to the electronic exam questions from the question axes, the way they are formed, the distribution of grades, and how to make them optional or obligatory in the way of answering.

The course showed the basic steps and methods of how to share exam questions with the exam committee.

The course showed how to electronically correct each student and put the grades inside the exam questions to facilitate the collection of exam results when converting them to an excel file.

The course aimed to be fully familiar with the aspects of electronic correction of its importance, as it dealt with the knowledge of 3 types of correction, the first type is electronic correction and the second type is corrected on paper when uploading a file, and then fixing the grade in electronic questions and the third type when the student answers within electronic questions and correcting them, then fixing the degree within the exam questions.
