To see the progress of the university’s formations and unify the visions between the university’s faculties and institutes, the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoon Younis Thanoon, and the Assistant to the President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafe Mahmoud and the ladies And gentlemen, the deans of the university formations and their administrative assistants, in the presence of the formations of the Nineveh site and electronically for the Kirkuk and Salah al-Din site, during the meeting, they discussed many issues that serve our university, and to see several things, including:

• logistical matters
• Matters related to student registration
• Preparations for receiving students for the new academic year 2022-2023
• Activating the role of the Follow-up Department by supervising the working hours of university employees and students in attendance for the new academic year
• Certification of the results of postgraduate studies and preliminary studies
