On the sidelines of the visit of Mrs. President of the NTU, Prof. Dr. Aliya Abbas Ali Al-Atar, to the Technical Institute Al-Door, her Excellency chaired the extraordinary session of the Council of the Technical Institute Al-Door, in the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Maha AlTaiyf Jasim, the Dean of the Institute, and all esteemed members. Her Excellency welcomed the attendees, expressing her pleasure in meeting them and commending the rapid development witnessed in the infrastructure of the institute.
During the session, several matters were discussed, the most important of which were:
– Innovations and the importance of giving them great attention.
– Encouraging the university’s teaching staff to conduct scientific research that serves the community and meets international standards and activating cooperation with other universities.
– Focusing on the university environment and its development.
– Openness to government and academic institutions.
– Monitoring and continuous development of scientific laboratories to keep pace with the university’s aspirations for progress.
