Representing our Northern Technical University’s desire, embodied by its President, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, to build an atmosphere of academic understanding between our university and reputable Arab and international universities, She received, in her office at Kirkuk location, with the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafee Mahmoud, and the Dean of the Health and Medical College in Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Mohammed Yawuz Nur Al-Din, the President of Yeni Yüzyıl University in Turkey, in order to communicate between the two parties to develop and enhance prospects of cooperation and coordination, and establish channels of cooperation between both sides with the aim of developing academic capabilities through exchanging information and experiences, building scientific specifications and standards that agree with the reputable scientific standards
