Under the auspices and presence of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Women Empowerment Units at our university and the University of Tikrit, in cooperation with the Media and Public Relations Department and the Continuing Education Center at the University Presidency, organized a workshop entitled Public Relations and Negotiation
present in it:

• Lecturer Assistant Ayash Ahmed Al-Ayash / University of Tikrit
  The workshop dealt with:
  The importance of negotiation as a successful method of dealing with teachers, staff, and students, and a way of life for each individual.
  The elements of negotiation, its terms, steps, and stages were explained, well prepared for negotiations and taking cooperative strategies to create opportunities for cooperation and interdependence and deepening bilateral relations at work and explaining negotiation skills to train teaching and administrative cadres to excel in negotiation to win common goals.
  And the skills of successful negotiation must be available to every negotiating person or negotiating team, especially in institutions and organizations because they are in the process of continuous and daily negotiation, and also the potential results of the negotiation process and how to propose possible solutions and alternatives that suit the two parties to come up with a satisfactory solution for both parties.
