Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Central Library Department at the Presidency of the University held a course entitled (Review of the services of the Central Library of the Technical University “Reference Service for the Beneficiary’s Convenience as a Model”, in which were attended by:
- Mrs. Hanin Muhammad Hamid/ Diploma in Information and Libraries/ Central Library Department
- Mrs. Israa Amer Mayouf / Information and Libraries Diploma / Central Library Department
The course aimed at:
- Clarify the objectives of the digital university service.
- Introducing librarians to this service and its importance.
- Determining who can use that service.
- Uploading messages and theses to the cloud.
- Determining whether there are specific types of questions that the organization will or will not answer.
