The Administrative Technical College discussed the master’s thesis entitled (dimensions of organizational ingenuity and its role in the possibility of establishing a multi-agent system: an analytical study and a proposed system for the Iraqi General Cement Company / Northern Cement Associate), part of it was attended by the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs Prof. Dr. Thanoon Younis Thanoon, the Dean of the College Assistant Professor Dr. Samir Taha Yassin, Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Hamid Majid (Associate Dean), and a number of faculty members.
The study presented by the student “Zainab Khalil Ibrahim Al-Jubouri” in the Department of Business Administration Techniques sought to determine the dimensions of organizational ingenuity and its role in the possibility of establishing a multi-agent system in an Iraqi industrial company in order to generate a modern industrial environment that has the ability to produce products that meet the market need in terms of Quality and cost on the one hand and ahead of competing companies on the other hand, The dimensions of organizational ingenuity are important in influencing the proper implementation of the company’s operations, as it plays an important role in improving the company’s competitive position by relying on modern production systems that contribute to reducing costs and improving quality, including the Multiple Agent System (MAS), which aims to invest resources in a way that contributes to reducing costs and time to a minimum, and improving the quality of products through the efficient investment of the company’s energy, which contributes to obtaining a sustainable competitive advantage.
