The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, chaired the Council of the Northern Technical University in its ninth session for the evening study on Thursday, 23-6-2022, in the council hall of the Technical College of Engineering Kirkuk, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative and Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoon Yonis Thanoon and Professor Assistant Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, in the presence of all members of the Council, several matters were discussed during the session, including:

• Problems and obstacles facing the work of university faculties and institutes
• View the instructions received from the Ministry regarding the evening study.
• Using the programs designed by the University Presidency to facilitate and streamline work in the evening study.
