The Northern Technical University Council held its first session for the evening study for the academic year 2022-2023 headed by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafeh Mahmoud, and the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Thanoon Younis Thanoon, and ladies and gentlemen All council members.
