Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, inspected the conduct of the first semester exams at the Technical College of Engineering / Mosul, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Majid Khaleel Najm and the Head of the Building and Construction Techniques Engineering Department.
