The Council of the Technical College of Administration / Mosul held its sixth session for the academic year 2025–2026 on 14/12/2025, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Raafat Assi Hussein Al-Ubaidi, Dean of the College, and attended by the respected members of the College Council, at the Dean’s Building.

The Dean opened the session by welcoming the Council members, commending their efforts in supporting the academic and administrative process of the College, and emphasizing the importance of continuing to work in a spirit of cooperation to achieve the College’s objectives and plans. The Council then discussed a number of items listed on the agenda, as follows:

A- Directing the academic departments to prepare the continuous assessment grades for the second, third, and fourth levels, as well as for all postgraduate programs.
B- Directing the academic departments to complete all preparations related to conducting first-semester examinations for undergraduate students and first-course examinations for postgraduate students.
C- Encouraging faculty members and postgraduate students to publish their research in journals indexed in Scopus databases.
D- Directing postgraduate students’ research to serve the community and meet the needs of state institutions.
E- Activating the work of scientific committees in the academic departments in line with current developments in the scientific field.
F- Discussing the minutes of the departmental councils and the minutes of the scientific committees of the academic departments in the College.
