Under the patronage and guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar.
The Central Library Department, as part of its scientific plan for the academic year (2021-2022), organized a scientific panel discussion entitled (Free access to information, CORE website as a model). The panel discussion was presented by:
- Mr. Hossam Abdul Karim Abdullah (Master’s degree in Information and Libraries) Central Library.
- Mrs. Ghufran Abdel Karim Farag (Master’s degree in Information and Libraries) Central Library.
The seminar was attended by the Central Library’s employees, and the objective of this seminar is:
- Recognize the interchangeable terms of open access to information or open access.
- Explaining the importance of free access to information in terms of concept, benefits, and methods.
