The seminar addressed the following topics:
- Definition of the contractor and the contract in the Iraqi Civil Code No. 40 of 1951
- An explanation of the types of contracts.
- Then clarify the legal status of the contractor
The symposium aimed to introduce the stages of contract formation, the division of contracts, and the legal status of the employee or contractor is.
